Your support of the LGBTQ Pride Center helps strengthen the campus community by advancing education, connection, and engagement. Through your partnership, the Pride Center can continue providing meaningful resources and high-impact programming for students, faculty, staff, and alumni.

PrideFest Crowdfunding Page

Bring PrideFest 2025 to Life!

We’re raising $5,000 to support PrideFest 2025, one of the LGBTQ Pride Center’s largest signature events. Your gift will directly fund the food, music, and supplies that make this joyful and affirming event possible for every member of the WolfPack. PrideFest reflects our commitment to creating community across campus.

PrideFest 2025 will take place Oct. 7, 2025, beginning with an ADA-accessible campus parade that invites colleges and departments to show their Pack pride with custom banners and posters. The celebration continues at the Relax and Restore Lawn Party, featuring music, creative stations and community resources in a welcoming outdoor setting.

The LGBTQ Pride Center Fund

The LGBTQ Pride Center is committed to providing resources and pursuing the personal and professional development of our students, faculty and staff. In giving to the Pride Center, you are helping us cultivate community, create leadership opportunities and support for students, provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the entire campus community and allow for networking and development amongst faculty and staff.

Spitz Dream NC State LGBTQ Pride Center Endowment

In 2020, William “Bill” Spitz, a long-time friend of NC State, reached out to the LGBTQ Center to find out how he could support members of the LGBTQ community during their time at NC State. When he was told that many LGBTQ-identified students encounter the loss of familial financial support because of those identities, Bill Spitz took immediate action to create the Spitz Dream NC State LGBTQ Center Endowment.

Distributions from the Endowment will provide emergency aid to LGBTQ-identified students and can be used toward expenses such as, but not limited to, health insurance, tuition, transportation, food, and housing.
