Pride Center Health Fair
Monday, March 30 from 12-3 p.m. in Talley Student Union 3rd Floor Lounges
Join the LGBTQ Pride Center, Campus Health, and other campus and community partners for a resource fair in support of student health and well-being. Enjoy free giveaways, grab a snack, and complete a resource scavenger hunt to be entered to win a prize! All students welcome.
Cultivating Gender Euphoria: A Self-Love Workshop
Tuesday, March 31 from 5:00-7:00 p.m., Talley Student Union 5230 (Pride Center)
Celebrate growth, authenticity, and well-being through affirming activities and discussion! We will share a meal and dive into a workshop to reflect on our unique journeys to be our full selves. Registration required; all students welcome. Presented by Jess and Jace from the Pride Center and JT from Women’s Center.
Meet and Eat with Campus Health Providers
Wed., April 1 from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m., Talley Student Union 5230 (Pride Center)
Join Campus Health providers for an informal meet-and-greet featuring free lunch in the Pride Center. Learn more about Campus Health services and the personalities behind the care available on campus. Come with questions! All students welcome.
Threads of Identity: Clothing Pop-Up
Thurs., April 2 from 12-5 p.m. in Talley Mountains Ballroom
Come by the Threads of Identity, a clothing pop-up where you can try on and take home clothes that make you feel like you. This event is an opportunity to find clothing that aligns with your identity in a supportive, affirming environment. Changing rooms will be available to try on clothes. All students welcome.
GradGather Cooking Class
Thurs., April 2 from 6:00-7:30 p.m. in the Teaching Kitchen (Carmichael Gym)
Join the Pride Center and campus dietitian Soo Uhm (RD, LDN) to sharpen your cooking skills alongside other grad students. Registration is required to participate in the workshop and capped at 15 students. If you haven’t been to the campus teaching kitchen before, meet in front of Carmichael Gym at 5:50 p.m. All students welcome.
