Trans Awareness Month

The Pride Center hosts Trans Awareness Month in November in order to provide education regarding the experiences of the transgender, non-binary, and gender non-conforming communities. These events include opportunities to learn and build community. The impetus for this week of events is Transgender Day of Remembrance, a global, annual observance on November 20th for transgender individuals whose lives were lost over the past year.
